Beta Privacy and Feedback Notice

When you request beta access, Rocket Room collects the information submitted in the beta form, including your name, work email, optional company, optional contact number, optional role or use-case note, submission source, and consent acknowledgements.

Rocket Room also records consent version, consent timestamp, beta request status, internal Platform Manager review comments, and approval, rejection, or comment metadata such as which Platform Manager performed the action and when.

If you later participate in beta testing, Rocket Room may also collect feedback, support messages, usage notes, technical details, and other information you choose to provide.

Rocket Room uses beta signup information to review access requests, approve or reject access, prioritize beta testers, contact applicants or selected testers, understand customer workflows, and improve the product.

Optional contact numbers may be used to coordinate beta access, onboarding, support, or feedback conversations when appropriate.

Feedback may be used to plan, develop, test, market, and operate Rocket Room. We may aggregate or de-identify feedback and usage learnings.

By consenting in the beta form, you allow Rocket Room to contact you by email or, if provided, contact number about beta access, product testing, feedback, onboarding, support, and related launch communications.

You can ask Rocket Room to stop beta-related outreach by contacting RocketBeta@RocketRoom.io or by using the privacy contact in the main Privacy Policy.

Rocket Room keeps beta signup and consent records for as long as needed to manage beta access, maintain consent history, improve the product, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Internal review comments and Platform Manager action metadata may be retained with the beta request record for operational accountability and access management.
