Platform operators may add internal review comments and approval or rejection metadata to beta requests, including the Platform Manager who performed the action and when it occurred.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, feature usage, log data, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.

We use information to provide and improve Rocket Room, authenticate users, manage workspaces, process uploads, personalize the product experience, communicate with you, provide support, and maintain platform security.

We use beta request information to review access requests, prioritize and manage beta participation, contact applicants or testers, maintain consent history, support onboarding, and improve Rocket Room before wider release.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve features, and measure reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Rocket Room, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or support a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or financing.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may update some account information directly in Rocket Room. For other requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Rocket Room is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
