Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rocket Room, including rocketroom.io, our dashboards, client portals, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing Rocket Room, or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Access to beta or early-access areas may require a separate request, review, approval, and additional beta-specific acknowledgements before you can use those areas.

You may use Rocket Room only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and any workspace policies set by your organization.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, upload malicious code, or use Rocket Room to infringe the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content, files, records, and information you submit to Rocket Room. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit customer content to Rocket Room.

Rocket Room may integrate with third-party services for authentication, uploads, communication, analytics, or other product functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be shown at purchase or in a separate order form.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rocket Room from time to time.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Beta features, beta access, and early-access workflows may be changed, limited, suspended, rejected, or removed at any time while the product is being tested and refined.

Rocket Room and its software, design, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by Rocket Room or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Rocket Room or any right to use our branding except as expressly permitted.

Rocket Room is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Room will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You may stop using Rocket Room at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required.

Your continued use of Rocket Room after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

If you request or receive beta access, the Beta Tester Terms and Beta Privacy and Feedback Notice also apply to that beta participation.

Feedback, suggestions, comments, issue reports, workflow notes, and similar input you provide about Rocket Room may be used to improve, develop, test, market, and operate the service.
