Beta Tester Terms
These terms explain what it means to request or receive early beta access to Rocket Room. They supplement the Terms of Service.
Beta Status
Rocket Room beta access is provided so selected testers can evaluate early product workflows and share feedback before broader release.
Submitting a beta request does not guarantee access. Rocket Room reviews requests and may approve, reject, defer, limit, suspend, or end beta access at its discretion.
Beta features may change, break, be unavailable, contain errors, or be removed without notice. Beta access does not guarantee future access, pricing, features, support levels, or launch timing.
Beta Requests And Contact
When you request beta access, you may provide contact details such as your work email and optional contact number so Rocket Room can review the request and coordinate beta access.
By submitting the beta form and required acknowledgements, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that Rocket Room may contact you about beta access, product testing, feedback, onboarding, and related launch communications.
No Production Reliance
Do not rely on the beta for production-critical CRM, customer-success, legal, compliance, financial, or safety-sensitive operations.
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of any important information you choose to submit during beta testing.
Feedback
You may provide comments, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, workflow notes, screenshots, or other feedback about Rocket Room.
You allow Rocket Room to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve, develop, market, and operate the product.
Rocket Room may keep internal review comments and operational notes about beta requests and beta participation to manage access and support product development.
Access And Removal
Rocket Room may approve, decline, limit, suspend, or end beta access at any time, including to protect the product, other users, or development priorities.
You may stop participating in the beta at any time by no longer using beta access or by contacting Rocket Room.
Relationship To Main Terms
These Beta Tester Terms supplement the Rocket Room Terms of Service. If these beta terms conflict with the Terms of Service for beta testing, these beta terms control only for the beta-specific issue.
The beta is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law.
